The vets at Richland genuinely saved my dogs life when another clinic had told us nothing could be done. My dog is here over a year later thanks to them and doing great. Couldn’t recommend enough, thank you all.

We have been going to Richland Animal Clinic for approximately 20 years with multiple cats and dogs.The office staff is always very welcoming, kind and helpful. We love Dr. Knox! She is very caring and compassionate and has been our vet for many years. I recommend Richland Animal Clinic to all my friends and family.

I was at the vet today with my dog, who was admittedly being very difficult and resistant. Despite that, Dr. Thomas and the entire staff were outstanding. They went beyond just being clinically professional — they were genuinely kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire visit. Even with our dog being scratchy and volatile, everyone remained calm, reassuring, and supportive. As an owner, that made a huge difference. I never felt judged or rushed; instead, I felt like they truly understood the situation and cared about both my dog’s well-being and my comfort as an owner. Dr. Thomas took the time to talk through a thoughtful plan to help Winnie feel more comfortable in the office going forward, which I really appreciated. It was clear this wasn’t just about getting through the appointment, but about building a better experience for future visits. I’m very grateful for the care, patience, and professionalism shown today. Highly recommend Dr. Thomas and her team.

Richland is an amazing clinic. My cat needed a lot of help and a lot of medication and they scheduled us follow ups to make sure everything is okay. They also have a great pay over time plan if the bill is more than you expected. The doctor and nurse were so kind and attentive and even though the illness was serious, they were calming and reassuring and answered every question I had so thoroughly. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I will never go to another vet.

Richland Animal Clinic is truly one of the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. From our very first visit, the care, compassion, and professionalism have been absolutely outstanding. My Ruby, a four-year-old golden retriever, injured both of her knees, and the way this team has supported her through everything has meant the world to me. From her preventative exams to her surgery care and recovery, they have gone above and beyond every step of the way. The front office staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Every interaction has been positive, and they make you feel like you and your pet genuinely matter. Dr. Gibney has been Ruby’s primary vet throughout this process, and she has been absolutely wonderful. She is compassionate, attentive, and always takes the time to explain everything, which has made such a stressful situation so much easier. I trust Dr. Gibney completely, and I’m so grateful for the care she’s provided. I’ve been to many vets over the years because I move around often, and I can confidently say that the service, care, and pricing here are unmatched. I am beyond grateful we found Richland Animal Clinic, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pet. Thank you for taking such amazing care of Ruby!

The most warm, welcoming animal clinic I've been to. So pleased to have found a new facility that doesn't have the corporate feel. They take time explaining costs, services needed, etc. If you looking for a new clinic for your fur baby, I highly recommend considering Richland Animal Clinic.

We recently had our cat, Duncan, boarded. The experience was great! He came home happy and he gets a lot of attention there. He was a rescue in very bad shape a year ago, and Richland Animal clinic helped get him good health again.

Words can’t describe how thankful I am for the staff at Richland. Our sweet and spicy kitty, Binx, was having health issues and the staff was thorough, compassionate, and caring throughout each appointment. They handled him with love and care and made us comfortable during a really difficult time and we are just so grateful for them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Binx truly was in the best care.

I’ve been bringing my dog Pumpkin to Richland Animal Clinic since she was about six months old, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. The staff and veterinarians are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They always make sure that Pumpkin is comfortable and well cared for. Their boarding service is also excellent. Pumpkin has stayed there multiple times, and every experience has been smooth and reassuring. What really says everything is how much she loves going there. She’s usually not the type of dog who warms up quickly to strangers, but she wags her tail for every single staff member at Richland. That level of trust means a lot to me. They even send her home with a little gift, which is such a thoughtful touch and really shows how much they care. 10/10—highly recommend!
